2. Returns
a. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
b. Return Period:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
c. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
Custom or personalized items
Items on sale or clearance
Gift cards
3. Return Process
a. Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at Support@rssparkle.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
b. Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
There is NO refund Available in RS Sparkle.
5. Exchanges
a. Defective or Damaged Items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@rssparkle.com with details of the defect or damage.
b. Exchange Process:
To exchange an item, follow the same process as initiating a return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a replacement item.
